Hi, my name is Scott Bradley. I am a corporate sales professional and a mentor for millennials.

What does that mean?

It means I help millennials—young people who grew up or came of age around the turn of the millennia—become purposeful leaders who achieve high levels of success and fulfillment in all areas of their life.

Who Is This Blog For?

This blog is for those who want more out of life.

Too often, I find that young professionals struggle to find their path. They jump from career to career with no real guidance or plan, and worse yet, they end up wasting precious years.

If any of this sounds familiar, then you have come to the right place. If this does not sound like you, I encourage you to snoop around and see if you can discover resources or tips you might find useful.

In my experience, I have found the most valued treasures in the least expected places.

About Me

Three years ago, I was at a point where I knew I had to make a life change.

I had just graduated from college, and was off to work in sales at a Fortune 500 company. This had been my dream for as long as I can remember. I wanted to be a businessman, just like my dad.

Even though I had a steady job, was making good money, lived in a great apartment, and spent much of my time traveling, I was unhappy at my core.

I realized that the working world is very different than I had thought it was. However, rather than blame the world for my situation, I decided to step up.

As a result, the last few years of my life have been nothing short of transformational. Over the course of these years, I have changed so much that—although my exterior remains the same (less 20 pounds)—on the inside, I am almost unrecognizable, even to myself!

What caused this change?

I completely immersed myself in the world of personal and professional development. I attended numerous seminars, read hundreds of articles, books, and magazines, turned my car into a mobile classroom, hired a professional coach, and found mentors from whom I could learn.

I took complete control of my life.

In 2012, I sent an email to my five closest friends, and asked them a very important question:
“You all know me best. Given no professional limitations, what do you think I would excel at?”
Their answers changed my life, and they are the reason I am here today. I am on a mission to share with you how, no matter the circumstances in which you find yourself, you have unlimited ways to design the life you want.

And I want to teach you how.

My Content

My mission is to help millennials design their lives so they can achieve higher levels of success and happiness.

Therefore, I engage on personal development, career fulfillment, productivity, and leadership. I stick mostly to these subjects, but every now and then I find time for health, spirituality, and relationships, as they all apply to living a balanced and fulfilled life.
